What if I have to miss some classes in a term?
I encourage all students to make a commitment to regular attendance. Yoga is a discipline. I cannot teach you properly if you do not attend regularly. Yet I understand that occasionally even the most dedicated and disciplined yogi will sometimes have to miss class. If that happens, you can come to another suitable class to make up the missed class, space permitting. Missed classes can never be carried over into the next term. When you book a term, you are reserving a place for yourself in that class, not buying a certain number of classes. Your place will be there, I will be teaching, the heat will be on, whether you attend or not.
Since the shala is small and numbers are strictly limited, you will receive a lot of individual attention. Seven Winds Yoga classes promote the spiritual dimension of yoga, with guidance towards developing a home practice appropriate for you and integrating the fullness of the yoga tradition into all aspects of your life. Regular attendance is vital!
